6 months before the big day

Names: Discuss together what surname you will use after the wedding.
Notary: Are you planning to get married under a prenuptial agreement? Then make an appointment with the notary.
First dance: Choose one song to which you’d like to dance your first dance as a married couple on. Also practice a few times your first dance. Do you not know how? The it is possible to take a few dance lessons. Most dance schools offer special packages for wedding couples. So check your local dance school for the possibilities!
Bachelor party: Do you want a bachelor party? If yes, indicate your needs and wishes to your ceremony master or maid of honor/ best man.
Accessories: Found your dream dress? Then it is time to look for the perfect accessories. Think of your shoes and if you would like a headpiece and/or veil, bag, gloves, jewelry, shawl and last but not least what kind of lingerie. Remember that the lingery is not only the key for a spicy honeymoon night but also for making your wedding dress fit well and making you feel comfortable for the whole day. Guests: Who do you want to invite? Take a look at your guest list and make the final guest list.
Budget:Make your costs plan up to date. Remember to do this with every big expens you make so you do not go (too much) over budget.
